Seco-Tools Monobloc and Graflex tool holders are closely matched to the tolerances the machine tool manufacturer holds for his spindles and to our cutting tool’s operating data. For example, we do not expect our solid carbide drills to perform optimally unless runout is controlled and minimal. Balance becomes important when trying to hold close tolerance bores even at traditional cutting speeds, let alone speeds over 8000 rpm (considered high rpm). Seco Tools can be responsible for tooling performance from the spindle to the cutting tool.
